Thankfully, I've only came close to losing my trusty Vapor King once...And it simply rolled under my truck seat! I about cried. Otherwise, the only things I've lost are:
-Time (spent in front of my computer, on ECF,
vaping my brains out)
-That funky smoke smell in my truck...I'm amazed how good it smells now!
-Money (because of "new vaper syndrome" and my need to stock up before the FDA's defecation hits the oscillation)
-Smoker's cough. This has almost completely went away, except for after my trademark-able marathon
vaping sessions! Even then, it's nothing in comparison to what I used to experienced when I was smoking. Just a little phlegm, that's it.
-Shortness of breath. I'm still amazed at how fast my lungs have recovered, even with the fact that I'm still deliberately inhaling/exhaling a particulate substance. The only reason I get off the treadmill now's because I'm bored, not because I'm winded.
On a good note, I've gained:
-A new appreciation for the wonderful flavor of Green Apple and CinnaBomb!
-
Amazing increases in the gym: Bench went up to 255x8, 275x5, and three sets each! Hammer Curls went up 10lbs/dumbbell: curling 65's for 16, three whole sets!!! When I was a smoker, I would only *attempt* curling 55's when I was feeling awesome, and I was doing good to get 255 up for 5, maybe 6...and I'd be pooped after two sets of that. And the squatz...yeeeeeah, buddy! Since I've started vaping, all of my lifting stats have skyrocketed, feel stronger than ever.
-Gained a lot of solid mass: the scale's showing that I've bumped up 10 "good" pounds in the last month-and-something, and I attribute it all to vaping. I've never had gains like this before, feels like I've hit a growth spurt.
Even with all this, I
still hate cardio. Can't have it all, I guess!
