If too big, Control Key and - Key until right.

I have to adjust quite often

Not sure how it happened, as mentioned previously Alt and the "+" or "-" key do the same. Maybe hit by accident.

Do you have a touch screen monitor? I do, and usually have have to readjust my screen 3 or 4 times a day, ya know, from blowing vapor at it, accidentally.

I do that sometimes when I am scrolling up or down on a website and accidentally tap the control key.
