What is a atty?

I kkeep seeing atty's, but I dont know what it is, or where to get them. I have a SK-N I bought from Vapor Nine 2/10/10 and one battery already went out. I e-mailed them two days ago and haven't heard back. I would like to know what to buy and where. I bought some juice fom Ms. T and it's great!!
