i think its a cartridge + atomizer = cartomizer

so its a cartridge with an atomizer attached to it. im just guessing so correct me if im wrong.

I just checked VK V4L and they refer to their's as a cartomizer

That is correct. You'll also see it referred to as a 2 piece.

What is a cartomiser you ask..

Well, the other type of E-cig you may be familliar with consists of a bsttery, an atomizer, and a cartridge where the flavor/nicotine etc sits.

A Cartomizer is a 1 piece unit that is made to be disposable, and is a combination of the atomizer and cartidge mentioned above.

While you can refill a cartomizer, ( 2-3x perhaps?) you milage may vary, as well as the flavor and vapor production you get perhaps being less comparred to a new cartomizer.
