I can see basically what the G2, G2 Mega, and Talon are. But, what exactly is an Ion? What type of atomizer is it? What type batteries is it compatible with?

The ion is a special made connection that is not compatible with any popular connector. It's unique connector allows for better airflow which gives it a little more hit with better flavor retention. However because most people use 510 connections, we do offer a version of the ion atomizer with 510 threads so you can use it with other devices. Not as good as the standard atomizer but pretty darn close. It's a different experience!

I do realize it's not a common atomizer. It's just that your dragon design made me curious whether it's a M401 since they're famous for their dragon design. Very cool.

Oh ha ha no. It was a nod to the truesmoker 401 dragon design that used to be around a few years ago lol. But mostly we love dragons so made it a limited edition design.
