What is Brick and Mortar? Ive been seeing it and would like more details. Is it basically DIY e juice?

A Brick and Mortar is just referring to a place that has a physical store, rather than an online presence only.
Sometimes you'll even see it shortened to B&M.

That would involve a lot of vets who need salt poured on their backs to wake up, or ones who smell bad who need seasoning to walk in public, either way its a flavor that brings an acquired taste.Just kidding a lot of bm stores are really good at supplying needs, I go to them and like many,some act like check cashing stores.Getting an idea of what you want or need before walking in does help.None existed when I took up vaping and that did not stop me from liking a few of them, a lot will tell you they do not have any place in the present vaping push as juice snobs,(I am one too,a juice snob).Have found at least 5 in my area who know the stuff big time and help more that a radio shack employee from the 90's.
There's a store not too far from my house that has sold me everything that I'm using right now! Helpful staff, good prices, great atmostphere in the store. Thankfully, my first experience at a B&M was a great one

Great to hear, use some near me that are ten times more into it than I right now.I love the close stores , I am stuck in the drip world(years back) give the locals love with a buy every visit, glad to hear you found one you love.On the juice, all on ecf(maybe 99% are juice snobs me too, or diy peeps.Me and my thought is, I know some are better than me at this and let em do it, for some mixing is great.The question to ask yourself in any project is "will it look like I did it or a pro?" if the answer is you, hire a pro.
By the way, B&M is common internet slang for any store that you can walk into, not just vape shops. It means the place is a physical location, as opposed to visiting on line, as others have said. However, most B&M's have websites, and many well known internet shops have actual brick and mortar stores - they're not mutually exclusive.
B&M means you're paying for their electricity, a mortgage and two cars, little Jimmy's braces...
A plain old shop in a building as opposed to an online store. Like Amazon has no "stores", they're just online but Barnes & Nobel has actual buildings...
