I'm not worried about the FDA or any Federal enforcement of anything ECig related,You need to watch what the FDA is doing, and what your state is doing. Between the two, you're between two vise jaws.
If your grandfather was born before 2007 he has to rat you out for vaping. Then Homeland security will send you to Gitmo and you'll be waterboarded every day until you guess the warden's favorite e liquid flavor. Since there are 7,000 flavors that will take a while. Then you'll be sent back to Syria where you came from. You'll get 5 wives and 5 mothers in law, a fate worse than death, and fight for Isis until your red Toyota pickup is blown up by a Hellfire missle. Terrorist!i'm just getting back into vaping and i'm seeing some posts about FDA which sounds pretty serious. i live in CA and i heard mtbakervapor no longer sells to us, this is pretty shocking.
can someone just give me a TLDR rubdown on what the situation is with the FDA? will vaping be no more?

But...
I would have to agree the stage is set for State Taxation even WHEN Cole-Bishop is signed and what Seems like the immediate threat is over. The hopeful good news is that should only apply to the Nic. It's going to be pretty hard to tax all the other vape hardware bits themselves. (Remember, smoking acessories Today Aren't charged any special Tobacco tax...)
I think Vermont has a NINETY % tax ready to pass.
The real issue with the tax is there won't be enough ardent, mouthy enough vapers in any one state to stop the oncoming tax.
Your saving grace may be Where you live, whether a tax Everyone's Everything Nanny state or a state Less likely to have burdensome taxes.
FWIW, I think it's probably impossible to stamp out importing Nic from outside the country if there are overseas sources that are trustable.

No it wasn't Washington state. NO vape tax there.Wasn't it Washington state that is taxing all vape products to oblivion though? So I think it is going to be more than nicotine. I could be wrong though.

It started Thursday due to age verificationI live in California. Just got an order from Mt Baker last week and nothing was different about the ordering process. I'm not sure where you heard that from, but it seems like misinformation at this point.
