What is PG and VG?

What is PG and VG? I mostly buy two peas in a pod but never been asked about these. Don't even know what they are?
I am thinking of ordering a strawberry cheesecake online and am being to choose a 50/50 65/35 80/20.

choose 50/50

vg is glycerin
pg is propylene glycol

vg is thick

more vg gives more clouds
more pg gives harder throat hit

VG - Vegetable Glycerin, heavier, thicker, produces more vapor, gives less of a throat hit, doesnt carry flavor quite as well as PG
PG- Propylene glycol, Thinner, increased throat hit, carries flavor a bit better than VG

50/50 seems to be the happy mix, then you can up either one based on what is described above... less throat hit with more vapor go 70/30 (or something around there) VG/PG

Take a look at your bottles of juice, and see if they list what you have been using.
Also you can ask at the B&M ... they may be able to tell you.
There's also some Washington threads, and I've seen that a lot of them use the same juice.
They may be able to tell you if you find one of their threads.

I prefer 50/50 blends it's the best of 2 worlds imo.
And i won't go into what it is, as all the others alrady have answered that.

I started off with 50/50 blend and realized I have an allergy to PG. Not anything life threatening but my throat would start to feel raw and sensitive. I now mainly use 100% VG or more like 98% VG + 2% flavoring try which works for you and let us know which one you prefer
