Unfortunately, it isn't standard M7, and taps and dies are very rare but they can be found.
I've theoretically got a tap and a die winging their way over the Atlantic as we speak. It should be fun. I'm thinking a pencil eraser is about right to act as an insulator.

Shipping is a little high, but with a list they do a great job with all kinds of metalworking supplies. That's where I bought my taps/dies, digital calipers, etc. Metric taps and dies of all sizes.

I'll leave the outside threads for a bit though. It'll probably be tricky finding the right stock without a lathe.
