Really not enough info. If you mean a clearomizer/tank for a mod, then GS Air M or tank are good. If you mean for an eGo style device, none better than Kanger T3S, although there are a lot of good choices for both - those are what I use.

If you mean what ohms 1.8, 2.2, 2.6 etc. then that is better determined by the flavor you're vaping. Strong flavors need more heat - 1.5-1.8 ohms, lighter flavors need less 2.2-2.6 ohms BUT if you're using a variable wattage device, that isn't as crucial - just set the wattage to where it tastes best.

It all depends on how much power you like vaping at. I'm typically in the 35-45 watt range and I like RDAs. The Psywar Onslaught is a triple coil flavor monster that can also be set up for more vapor at higher watts. The Marquis and the Aeolus are dual coil RDAs that are also very good for both between 30-44 watts. I have two Mutation X V1's that deliver a bit less flavor but do a bit better at slightly higher power. They are very easy to build on and are very reasonably priced authentics.

In tanks I like the Billow, the Lemo and the Aqua V2. I tend to keep the power between 25-35 watts with them.

If I had to chose one atty that I could keep from all these it would be the Onslaught, but it's a close call

I prefer RTAs, but I vape over quite a range, from a single coil flavor tank like the Rose v2 to my beloved Aromamizers all running over 50W.
