ALSO- THIS IS IMPORTANT!!

THE CHINESE NEW YEAR STARTED FEBRUARY 4TH.
They can't ship your order out until february 17th.
you get a 15% discount on your order if you order now as a "sorry we're closed" thing.
But you have to wait for them to be done with the new year (17th)
If you have the money, and u wanna start vaping ASAP, you might wanna pay priority.
It'll probably be something like 15 dollars and it'll get your package to you in 2-3 days from china.
(2 or 3 days from the 17th that is) So, sorry. That sucks.

I hope you find a website where you will not have to order from china for your liquids.

your welcome kslac. please stick with vaping. for you, and your loved ones.
when you receive your eGo, it may be bigger than you expected (or smaller, who knows? lol)
But it might be bigger than you expected. Its not gonna look like a cigarette.
Once you get past that, you'll really enjoy vaping, I promise. Good luck on your vaping journey.

I promise your gonna like vaping 10000x better than smoking cigs. have a good time! bye!

My wife and I are still pretty new to this, she loves her ego kit with redux clearomizers. Good starting point and she is staying with it. Once you get into it you can find great info here on other set ups that may work for you. Stick with it, you will feel much better. I smoked analog cigarettes for almost 30 years and you kind of wake up one day and find that you can breathe again and you can taste and smell things. Wow!

Ill put my two cents worth in. I like the tank systems and if you use extra strong nic (highest) you will get enough nic to not have to chain vape. That's just me I don't want to be stuck chain vaping but when I feel like it I can use lower nic. The solution to the tank system is to fill extra tanks up so you have 5 mil a day going. That should be plenty. The flavor is usually better. Since you are ordering from china whatever kit you get, get extras of things!

Hi Kslac, and welcome to the ECF. :)

The best PV....thats both a hard question and an easy one. Honestly the best one is the one that makes you happy, or at least keeps you off analogs. Okay that said I think you're looking for a recommendation.

I'm pretty new to vaping myself (after being a pipe smoker for 20 years), and I honestly don't know whats available in Australia (as I'm in the States). However in my estimation you cannot go wrong with a good ego style battery. You may want to get a variable voltage one if you are so inclined. I personally don't have one of those yet (but I plan on pestering Mrs Katz for my birthday in June) and I hear that they are pretty good.

My set up right now is two 1100 mAh batteries with clearomisers (I'm unsure the ohms rating but its probably the standard 2.0-2.2 rig) and I'm quite happy with them. The batteries last me around 7 hours (but I'm a pretty heavy vaper, in my estimation, and I like to keep my batts well charged).

With my limited understanding I'd say that you couldn't go wrong with an ego style battery with 650-1300 mAh. If possible you'll want a common connection style for interchangeability (in the states Blu Cig cartos are everywhere and use a 510 connection, but that may not be the case in Australia, I simply don't know what is available down there).

But the most important thing no matter what is to have back ups for back ups and backups for those back ups.

As a former heavy smoker, I have 1 suggestion. You are used to having cigarettes with you everywhere you go...at least I was. Therefore, you will need something very portable, to stick in your pocket when you're out and about. For me, while I use some clearos around the house, simple cartomizers are a must. Clearos and tanks just aren't pocket friendly IMHO.

If you have not already done so, consider visiting the InfoZone which has a link at the very top of the forum pages. You'll find a nice condensed set of knowledge for anyone new to vaping; lingo, types of hardware, types of juices, vaping techniques, recommendations on where to begin on equipment, etc. It's a good read and very worthwhile -- it will save you a lot of start-up hassle.
