What is the best PG and VG to use and where to buy it

I have been vaping for about 2 years now and i am ready to try my hand at making e liquid. I am in the process of sourcing VG and PG and i want to make the best tasting and highest quality e liquid possible.
I have read there are three different types of VG's, and they have different properties and tastes. I have tried to research this topic but have not been able to find any info on the topic. If someone out there knows the break down on the different types of VG's could you please take the time to explain.

Also is there any difference in PG's. Are they all the same,or do they have different qualities and tastes. Also could you provide place to purchase these products.

My last question, is there anyway to linkup with juice makers in my local area through ECF. I am in Phoenix AZ.

An online shop I found here on these forums is about 20 miles from where I live. They have reasonable prices. $25 a gallon of USP VG. Go to the suppliers section of these forums I am sure you will find something good.
