Personally I stay away from rewrapped batteries like mxjo specially with mechs(you never know what cell is under the wrap).
I use samsung 25r and even a pair of 25c's. Swear by samsungs.Samsung 25R always seem to be a good price even from reputable vendors. Assuming 20A CDR fits your needs. To be honest when I first dipped my toe in I was surprised how cheap they all are. From reputable vendors of course.
The problem with rewrap batteries like MXJO, they can change the cell that they rewrap at any point and you wouldn't be aware that they did. Mooch's bench tests are only good for the date that he did them. The following month the company could change to an even more inferior cell with poorer specifications.Thnaks for the info, im pretty sure i saw the same model i have tested and well claimed from moch, i only have 2 mxjos active at moment for use, gonna stay with LG and samsung for best results!
PD: anyway i guess im not in danger zone with them, using them on single 18650 mech tube, running 0.45ohm, (0.35sometimes, still safe ) safe for the job!
thanks for the hand there, im totally aware about the real deal with batteries, those ones were sent by my cousin, i dont use mech and regulates as much as i did in the past, safely i always stood with LG's, new mxjo's were sweet to use some days,The problem with rewrap batteries like MXJO, they can change the cell that they rewrap at any point and you wouldn't be aware that they did. That's why to use authentic batteries made by the Big Four battery manufacturers. LG, Samsung, Sony, and Panasonic/Sanyo. (Panasonic doesn't offer a model with the specs we vapers require)
You got them installed and working? That's great. A second set is recommended, as always having a back up is a good thing. Things never work when you need them. Am I right?
In order to best answer your question, knowing what wattage you vape at will be helpful.
I do believe the question of what batteries are best a variety of wattage ranges was already posted in answer to you in one of the few threads you've started on the topic already. You may want to reread those, as they may be insightful.
Have a great day!
I think you meant to type 200 Watts max. The batteries should be rechargeable, and shouldn't be thrown in the trash regardless of if they are no longer good. You should get 300-500 cycles out of them before you'll need to replace them entirely.Yeah, I got them working but they drained quickly... and I wasn't aware that those cells aren't rechargeable (first time using a device that uses them) my others still work temporarily. As for the wattage I usually use under 100 watts (but the kit goes up to 299watts(

Non-rechargeable 18650 batteries? Where the heck did you find those? Hi there....as others have said go for quality over value and with this in mind one of the best all round batteries for 18650 format is the Molicel P26A
Molicel P26A
Yes and I'm glad to hear that your being safe. When I think back to some of the things we used to do to our batteries it's quite sobering.^ What @sonicbomb said... don't skimp on batteries. ^
^ What Charlie said, quality over value. ^
I have 4 dozen Sony VCT5A's that are used for all my 18650 uses (don't use the 2 dozen Samsung 25R's, dozen LG HG2's, dozen Vapcell or endless 18650, 18490 & 18350 AW IMR button tops anymore because I no longer use the gear they were bought for). In most of the gear I run now days I run 20700 and 21700 batteries.
If I were to buy more batteries before the vaping apocalypse and still needed more 18650's it would buy a dozen of the Molicel P26A's, and two to three more dozen 21700's...either Molicel P42A's or Samsung 30T's or some of both (to be determined when I find out just how much wider the Molicel is than the Samsung to be sure of mod comparability). All my current 20700 are the same Mooch recommended (at the time anyway) iJoy 2000mAh, all my 21700's are the same Vapcell INR 4000 mAh, and they both will fit is any of the mods I run them in. (In a pinch most of those mods will also run 18650's with the included adapters they came with... my one and only 26650 DNA TC mod can as well.)

The P26A is a good all-rounder but if you're a mech user you may prefer the VTC5A... P26a has got more capacity though but not by much.
Tauren do a lovely copper tube...I have always preferred mech mods. Around 75 of my mods are mechs, but mounting mesh atty's on most of them I don't consider an option. The VTC5A's were bought specifically for my mech's and the many TC mods bought that I also used at one time (but only three TC's are still in use now days running mesh RTA's). So now days I only use six of the mech's to run mesh RDA's on, and the rest of my mesh RDA/RTA atty's run on regulated mods.
It's been forever since I ran a tube mod, so just for S&G I've thought about trying to find a still like brand new VGOD Elite I have boxed up someplace to run either a mesh RDA or RTA on. I don't have any mesh atty's with a copper finish, but do have several black ones that would look in place on it.
