OK. I am really starting to get a complex here, and thats not normal for me. On 3 different occasions now, I have read raving reviews here on different companies for supplies. Yet in each situation, when I ordered something from them, there has ALWAYS seemed to be a problem. I dont want to mention names because I dont want to be publicly criticizing these folks. I would rather handle it between them and myself. But on my first order, half the order was left out. The company did send the stuff later, but it too forever to get the order. With my second order, I did receive everything, but again it took forever. With my 3rd order, half of the carts did not work from the time I got them. Instead of them sending me replacements, or instead of them even saying "send us the defective stuff back, and at the same time, we will send you replacements", they wanted me to send the defective stuff back, and then wait for them to check things before they sent me replacements. Now, with my 4th order, I even paid the extra for shipping in order to receive the package within 3 days. It is now the 4th day, I still have not received the package, and I sent the company an email around lunchtime today, asking about their policies in this situation, and have not heard a word back from them. This is ridiculous, and I have had it. I am a small business owner myself, and this kind of crap would put me out of business.
Are their any ecig suppliers out there who can get an order to someone in a timely manner, and the order be all there, and be without any defective parts? Is that too friggin' much to expect?
This sucks, and I am about ready to say "forget it" with this ecig experiment.
