They do look the same. The price listed for the CE2 is for one carto. The gotvapes price is for a pack of 5.

They are not exactly the same, that is, if the info on their websites is correct. The TW one is filled with a syringe and the GotVapes one you fill right from the bottle and it has a special drip tip. If I had to guess I would think the GotVapes would have more recent revisions, that's just a guess though.
I have used the Gotvapes Fluxos and they are pretty good. I do use a syringe with the Fluxos as I just find them easier to fill with a syringe and needle.
