What is the difference in a 510 D and 510 SR boge carto?

Bought some from the classies and they came in as boge 510 D. Look just like the SS and I tested one it came out to 2.8 ohm so wondering what the difference is?

by the way I tested the ohm without filling the cart.....

I asked this question a few months ago. I can't remember if I asked here or asked a vendor, but there seems to be no difference
