What is the signal to change carto?

My carto has been in my tank for 3 weeks now and it is still vaping away. But I found that the juice seems to be disappearing faster, I just wonder if the carto needs to be change or not. This is the first time I am experiencing this. No leakage, nothing.

Just from a time period standpoint, that carto is likely nearing its usefulness. However, as long as the juice flavor is still acceptable to you and the draw is not too stiff there's no need to change it. Concerning the juice seeming to disappear faster in the tank, I can't explain that one.

Doesn't taste good.
Harder to draw, puff.
Carto keeps flooding.
