The photo was taken by NudelHolz (hence the NudelHolz Vape Artist logo in the bottom corner). With a little googling I found his facebook page and came across a mod in his pictures that looks like it could be the one in that picture. It's called an "AL Mood" by 4² Modz ("Four Square Modz")

According to a thread on UKVapers forum, it's €250 (~$350). Totally not worth it for a DNA20 box mod.
