What is this "new button top for Grand and mini mods"?

I've seen it mentioned on the Reosmods site and here. I don't know what this is and my search-fu must be weak.

Anyone know or have a link to a thread where it was discussed?

I suspected it was right in front of me and I just wasn't seeing it.

Like when you need the mayo and it's right there in the fridge dead center......lol.
