Tryed to clean it up with Alcohol (Ethanol) didnt work
With rubber also didnt work

My question how can i get rid of it?

That's pitting from the current arcing across the connection, typically from a very high current load. Will take some fine sanding paper/cloth to remove it. You can help prevent it by keeping it clean and using an antioxidant on the connections, Deoxit Gold gets great reviews around here.

eta: It can also be caused by improper switch adjustment (firing pin not making solid contact with the battery)

Hi Supamojo. Welcome to the ECF.

Yeah... that looks like Pitting due to Arcing. Here's a Thread where people talk about it.

    Battery arcing

BTW - Does the Mech this happened in have a Very Short Throw Switch by any chance?
