Made by a mainstream Chinese manufacturer who, up until a couple years ago, was one of the top 3 players in the vape world. Although they apparently still do manufacture things like their popular coil heads, they don't seem to really release any new products anymore. They did start a new line of gear under a different brand, but that was very short-lived.
Can't be Innokin - they still release a ton of stuff. Aspire maybe? The Aspire Triton has that same DT afc as the tank in your pic. hmmmm searchin....
Aspire is very much alive and releasing new products. As is innokin.

It's the Peerless RDA Special edition.
The First version came out with 2 aluminium top caps, one of which had a proprietary ultem DT, the other an 810. The Special Edition came with one SS top cap. Much more solid.
