It worked yesterday when I got it. I went to refil and now it is flooding the cart and not working what is going on? Also how do I fix it?

I've noticed that the only reason they flood the carto is because the carto was damaged somehow, not the tank itself. I recommend trying another carto.
I did before I posted this 2 cart that were pre punched both flood. It was fine 2 hours ago now it floods
Funny, I have the exact opposite problem with my tank, I can't get it to go into the carto at all.
