Vision vivi nova, EVOD, iClear, CE5, Protank, MT3 in that order.
Each gives a slightly different experience and I use them depending on the juice I want to vape, and if I am going to be out of the house for an extended period of time.
Best one might just be the one that works for you. Get a couple and try them out. There is also a dedicated clearo forum here on ECF.

I like Vivi Novas 1.8 and 2.4, and Evods. Some 'stardusts' are good, but I'm getting away from them. Still use CE2 fluxomizers occasionally, but when my stash is gone, that'll be it.
I'm planning to order a Protank next time I place an order, just to see if I'll like it.

Been through all the clearo/carto crap and have had the best luck with the Evods, protanks.
They came from Gotvapes.com, but I just checked their website and fluxo's are no longer there. I reckon they've been discontinued for better stuff. Anywhoo, I believe fluxomizers are the same as CE2s. If not, somebody will correct me in a moment.
