When you hang out with the BEST in the world (Watts, Szabo, etc) "good" is redefined. ;)

This is an older video I shot but one of my favs and the guy holding the mic turned me on to vapping:

OMG... I thought you weren't going to put that on YT....

For point of reference, we did that interview at OC Bob's a couple years ago, in Atlantic City.

I guess I can say vaping is turning into a hobby as well. :)
I made my first VV box today, have already tweaked it from these pics, but so far its like re-discovering many of the juices that I have already. The taste and vapor is completely different from what the ego produces, even at the same voltage.
I bought all the bits from madvapes - assembly and soldering was pretty straight forward overall - really liking it!

I mounted the connector at a slight angle, it feels more natural with the slight angle than directly mounted 90 degrees to the battery box. :) Next up will be a round/tube style!

Hobbies, Skydiving, cooking and knitting. Most of my Jumper friends laugh about what they call "my old Lady" hobby but they all want a blanket the same colors as their canopies.

All at once?!? ;) Now that would make a fun video! But I have always wanted to go skydiving - I think it would be an ultimate rush. Closest I ever got to that was repelling out of stuff in the Marines. :)

That is really interesting - would love to learn more about the technical aspects of paranormal investigation. :) Definitely one of the more unique areas of hobby! :)

I wanted to share some of my "tinkering" part of hobbies for me. Its a combination of art and technology.

I do something art/tech every so often for my wife, this one was for Christmas - I called it a Punk-Box. :)

The three screens each have a theme, the themes all tie together to form a triad, the the triad ties together as one into the theme of the box and the gears - a complex but simple set of parameters.

At any rate - hope you enjoy it!

These pics were taken almost finished on my very dirty workbench... ;)

Wow -shows what I know - I didnt know homesteading still existed! I thought all the homestead land was gone forever ago. :) Or perhaps I dont know what you are talking about, which is quite possible as well - lol ;)

My hobby sounds boring compared to the above....organic gardening with an emphasis on mass/quality. I am also dreaming/wishing of getting into total homesteading. (Which would require moving from Wisconsin.) Yeah!

Homesteading is the ability to live completely off the land. (Self-sufficiency) An example would be building an earth berm and having a windmill to generate power and still be hooked into the electric company. One can sell back power to them. Growing and raising animals to sustain oneself. (Having more to sell to barter with another homesteader, etc). Many different variations to the theme with a twist on technology as a basis. No I wouldn't be wearing bib overalls...only the hubs. LOL

The main idea behind homesteading is the ability/knowledge to use the land/technology at hand to survive without a 9-5 job.

A new trend is called frugal homesteading. One can do this and live in the burbs. It is an act of saving money, growing your own veggies, and living on less by choice.

BTW your hobby is really cool!

LOL- I didnt know my way of life was a hobby... I thought it was just how us poor folks lived...

we dont do our own electric by any means- and I dont like having to deal with a well pump and such-so we are on community water- but I raise my own meat,or hunt for it, we smoke our own meat, homeschool my kids, raise acres of veggies, can everything, and build or fix what I can. I have never had a plumber or electrician on my property, and aside from a friend who is a carpenter, if something gets built we do it ourselves. of course, living like this means I dont have time for very many hobbies. but thats okay-

hmmmmm........... maybe I could make extra money by renting out a 'be self sufficiant weekend' and letting folks pay me to do my chores~! LOL

My hobbies are organic gardening . MY post was referring to what I was wanting to do:) Which is a way of life depending on how one looks at it. I live in suburbia. I was just replying to a question.:)

I did have land in SW Missouri and already did the farm stuff. I am wanting to use technology with frugal homesteading.
