For first 13 years I smoked Marlborough lights or ultra lights. I stopped for few years then during divorce started back with reds. Then changed to pallmall reds and last yr I smoked was pallmall blues. I started with 18 Mg which was almost too high. Now on 12 Mg and going to 6 Mg next few weeks.
Export A Medium (Blue Package), Players Light (Light Blue Package) Until thy deemed it necessary to not have any mention of strength, and decided it was best to hide all cigarettes behind the counter covered completely so we couldn't see them.
Ever try and change brands and not be able to see what choices you have? Insane !!!
I was at a pack and a half a day with Camel Menthol Silvers. I have been off analogs for about a year and half and recently started vaping because I was very close to going back to analogs. I have been vaping 6mg and have some 3mg on the way to try. It is really odd coming into this with a much lowered tolerance to nic. I know you asked for the people on higher nic, but I thought I would give a bit of a different perspective.
I switched a lot - 25 years of smoking cigarettes. Started with Marlboro Lights, then Virginia Slims and Capris (feel a bit embarrassed about that phase) but for the last ten years it was American Spirit Yellow - I think they're considered "lights." I started vaping at 18 mg and am down to 12. I'm not vaping very much lately. I think I could drop to 0 without any withdrawal effects. My goal is to be done vaping by February 2014.
I thought the light version of cigarettes like Kent and Ml where mostly around the 0.8 and 1.2 nice levels. So I started vaping 0.6, and I am doing fine, no cravings or anything. Although I feel I. Go through cartridges a little too fast. Any suggestions?
