I'll be mixing some menthol tobacco flavor for some friends. I've got TPA flavors. tobacco, and menthol.

Well, tobacco needs to be steeped and, how much menthol depends on the person vaping it. I do menthol for my stepson (likes a Newport Lights level of it) and, with the menthol I use (from WL) I use 0.5% in American red/honewood/coumarin blend. That's a light menthol, just cooling but not sinus busting.
