I use 16 I started with 24 I found that using battery like this one iTaste vv V3 by Innokin REVIEW - YouTube with adjustable voltage and wattage . I can control my voltage and find a sweet spot for any mg and any oil. Results may very depending on what set up your using !

24 mg is working well for me. I was a PAD smoker for over 20 years. Smoke free for 1 month 4 days!!

I am 2 & a half weeks into vaping & completely analogue free from day 1 of vaping. I used to smoke about 15 thinly rolled RYO's a day (for 17 years) & felt I needed to start at 24 mg even though I didn't smoke heavily. So far 24mg has been working great (on a cig-a-like @ 1-2 carto's a day... The cig-a-like's have worked well, though they do not last as long as suggested on websites.

Yesterday my new PV (an EGO) arrived & I found the 24mg to be too strong (I had been using a cig-a-like up till then). Luckily I had already ordered some 18mg juice.

The 18mg seems to be just the same as the 24mg- i.e: it's great. Soon however, I'll be buying some 12 mg & maybe some PG & VG as well too mix things up a bit & see what works best.

I Know I am not fond of change; but this thread has helped me realize it's okay to try different nicotine strength's & that it's okay to use higher strength's or lower strengths... Whatever works- hey. I just wish people would say how many mills they use. I may start a new thread on this topic- as I want to know if people tend to Vape more when they use lower nicotine strength's. As I don't wish to Vape too much; though I know I need to lower my nic strength to 12-18mg tops.

Yea I started w the ego so 18mg for that but as I moved up to rba and mods I had to lower it to 12 but planning to lower it more soon

I'm new to ECF, not nee to vaping tho. I started a little over a year ago. Had the small ego style, then got a twist, a Vamo, an Evic. I've had several mods, now I have a Nemesis with a K100 for a backup. I use the Davide Glassomizer, and Igo-w, and just got an RSST yesterday. Now, I said all that to say this. My nic level varies depending on what I'm doing but usually 18. I use 6 when sub ohming tho.

I started with 12mg and was a PAD smoker. I found that I kind of like to have 18 for the drive into work though to get a nice kick start in the morning. Hope to stop doing that soon though and move from 12 to 6.

I either use 6-8mg or 24mg depending on whats available. Though the 24mg lasts much longer then the 6-8mg's.

I can only handle 6mg although I used to smoke a pack every couple
of days. The throat hit is different on an ecigarette - it is more intense on my throat compared to the real thing. On drip tip atomizers, I do 0mg.
