What mod(s) truly has unique features

Hey Family,

I know we all know that we are merely buying a battery when purchasing a new mod. I say that cause I tend to put too much stock for each new mod that comes out when in fact they all have similar features for most part.

What mod out there truly has some cool unique and/or different features? I don't need high wattage -. 80 is plenty but will purchase higher wattages if they have unique features .

If nothing currently out currently comes to mind let me know if heard of a cool future mod.

The new Joyetech Ocular also has an mp3 player in it. I don't know if they include headphones.

Oops I should have mentioned that the last feature I am familiar with is regular temperature control. I don't always follow the latest in the industry. Last time I was up to date was a year ago or more when temp. Control was starting to gain some interest. I have one mod that has this feature. I have not kept up to date for anything that has come out since this feature.

So do you want something to explore temp control with? A DNA based mod offers great TC, and the eScribe software lets you do all sorts of customization to suit your particular preferences. Don't know if something like that with a software package represents a unique feature for you, although it is certainly a very useful and robust feature.

Check out a Therion. DNA 250 board running at 167W as it only holds two batteries, absolutely beautiful to look at, perfect fit in the hand, and the vape in TC is outstanding. It really nails it on every point. I have a few DNA mods, including the larger Triade, and this is still the first one I'll reach for every day.

I second Eskie's Therion suggestion. It's a very comfortable hand feeling mod, with excellent features and more than enough power for every day vaping...the black frame versions are lookers as well.

The YiHi mod the SSX mini and mini mini is a dual 18650 and the new YiHi SX450J chip. That mod has the most I have ever seen out of a mod yet. I really don't like the look of it and that's why I went with the Cartel Revenant Mod but as far as function and features I have not seen a better one yet.

I also agree with the guys with the Lost Vape Collection. Therion or Triade. Everything they said is true. I'm gonna prob pick up the Therion. Just waiting for my bonus check to come in so I can justify buying another 150.00 plus mod when I just got one to my fiancé without feeling like a douch. Lol!

The Q-mini has bluetooth as well as 25mm atomizer support. The Q class is no slouch, and had an auto rotating screen that they did away with on the Q mini (one caveat: any attys over 23mm on the Q class overhang)

My cousin got it for 130.00 at Good Guy Vapes. Couldn't believe the price.

I have heard great things about the DNAs Rebel Vape has out. It's a UK Company but ship worldwide. They are 3D printed and also have a dual 18650 and tri 18650 set up. All powered by DNA250 chip.

Check this thing Dual 18650 boxer mod with the new new YiHi SX550J chip. I have heard some negative comments about the joystick though. Def looks interesting though

The Boxer is much like the Rebel with the 3D printed case. Not sure which one is of better quality, if there even is a difference, and I guess which one to go with depends on where you live and shipping costs. I know folks very happy with Boxer products, but the look of the case is pretty much a love it or hate it thing.

I'm still debating that myself. I really want a Boxer Yihi550J for 40mm RTAs (I may or may not have a Modfather or Mason Dumptank on a waitlist lol) but I've heard some things about the dye wearing out. I'm really curious about the Rebel Nano Black 'baked in' dye procedure, but as they only recently started shipping, there are no reviews I can find. I know it supports 30mm tanks, but not sure if they take 40's

Oh, a 40 mm tank. That's convenient for out and about, as long as you carry it in a backpack.
