What nic level do you Vape?

I started at 18mg nic with simple carto tanks in 2013. Recently, when getting back into vaping, (yes, I smoked in the interim), with sub ohm tanks I was at 12mg, and cut down to 6mg fairly quickly. I do still keep some 12mg juice around, though, for mornings and when drinking.
I started about 7 months ago at 12mg. In about 3-4 months I had dropped down to 3mg. Been vaping 3mg juices since then. Planning to see if I can take it down to zero sometime this year.
Besides how much nic, how much juice does each vape? Dont drip or use sub ohm tanks so i Started at 24 and 18 and never lowered . I vape about 3 mls per day....

Membership?Started at 24, made it down to 6, saw the membership was at risk and bumped it back up to 24. I'm happy there.
Also just to clear things up. I want y'all to know. It depends on vaping style. What level you pick. I was jw. I don't think any level is worse for you. I still think it's crazy I'm down to 3. But I'm happy I'm that low. I may go to 1 or 1.5 haha. Either way
I vape 12mg in store bought juice but I DIY my juice in 10mg because I have a weird thing about my numbers having to end in 5's or 0's.
Mind you I won't go careening off a cliff if my numbers don't end like that (gas pump, tv or stereo volume, etc) but if I can help it I try to do it.

The question has to be: how many mg do you use as per the ohms you use?
10 mg or so for me. That means Boge cartos (2.2/3 or +- 2.8 ohms) or BVCs (1.8 ohms).

I started with 24 with 80pg then upped the vg to 80 and cut the nic to 12. I just started making my own juice and made it 9mg which I use in everything..sub ohm, tootle puffing, and dripping. It seems ok but sometimes I need extra nic so I may make more with 12 again.

I think or rather hope they were kidding. This would send you coughing and could easily get you real nic sick.
How does your throat handle that. I guess that's lower end of watts for that coil
During the day, when I'm unable to vape much at work, I vape at least 6mg. At home, I'm always vaping, so I keep it at 3mg.

and I vape a lot. On the desk right now is a Sigelei 100 with an Atlantis tank at .5Ω, running 30watts
an IPV mini v2 with a Vivi Nova glass @ 1.6Ω at 12.34 watts, an Evic VTC Mini with an Aerotank at 1.8Ohms
at 13 watts, an EHPRO 35 watt Mars with a Fogger at 1.ohm
and earlier the Sigelei was cooking a Plume Veil .4ohm at 40 watts.
There's other stuff I have to reach for...
I usually save up 0 nic samples I get then put nic in it.
Like you said..decaff...soft beer...I'll add diet anything to that..LOL

I vape 0mg or 2 mg because some juices just taste better to me with a little nic in them. I think I started at 20 mg, but its been so long I honestly can't remember.

Totally agree. I'm.glad. yeah a lot of people here say nicotine alone is good for cognitive health. Glad we don't have to inhale all the bad chemicals now. I just think it's crazy. I think with all the newer devices and sub ohm being the norm now. People use lower levels. Guess we are about getting the same amount of nicotine? Idk I used to Vape 24. And even if it was 1ml per day. Kind of a lot of nicotine. By comparison I vaped about 3 ml of 3 today.
