I have a basic type A ego-t (and loving it) with an extra charger, 3rd battery and 3 fully working attys.. extra atty's just delivered in fact!

I'm getting ready to order some more juice and was wondering what the next thing to try would be, I've heard lots for Boge cartos so I might get a "mid-resistance" pack to try them.. any other life changing items I should go for? I don't mind paying a bit extra on this order but would prefer to take baby steps instead of going all out and not knowing what to do with the stuff I got!

A nice suggestion was a drip tip to sample flavors but I can't find one for a tank.. perhaps a 510 atty and a drip-tip would work?

I like the Boge 2 ohm cartos, but they make my juice taste different. I still use them because they put out a lot of vapor. I also use CE2 2.4 Ohm cartos, they are good and have better taste then the Boges, but filling them on the road is not a good idea. I also use the Smoke-Tech Dual Coil atomizers at 1.5ohms, they are about as close to real smoking as is out there right now. You can buy ONE of those from, I think, MadVapes for $2.49, and he also carries the Boges and the CE2s.

I have a tank but did not like it. Too much like a 901 (milder flavor and not as much steam)

If you like the tank and it's working for you stick with it. A pack of Boge cartos isn't a bad idea. They are great performers and it's always good to have a back up plan. I would get the 2.0 ohm preferably though or maybe 2.5, 3.0 is kinda weak on a Ego battery.

A drip tip and 510 atty is always good to have for testing liquids or if you just want a quick change of pace without filling up a tank or carto. A atty anywhere in the 2.0 - 2.5ohm range would be fine with that battery.

I love Boge cartos! If you don't have a regular non-tank atomizer, I also recommend a 510 atomizer and a 510 drip tip (I use the plastic and delrin drip tips so I can also use them as comfortable mouthpiece on my main cartos - easy to remove to add juice). Think about getting a different color atty than your tank attys so you won't confuse them in a rush and leave the house with the wrong one. I drip to test juices and to vape a few I like that are thicker than I will put in cartos (in cartos I like 20% or less VG and generally light clear juices that leave little or no flavoring sediment that can clog attys and cartos). Only juices I love get cartos since cartos are difficult (and work) to try to clean and dry, with often less than satisfactory results. I just use a carto until it is degraded then start another. I can get 7-14 days use out of a Boge (since I alternate a pair of cartos that is 2+ weeks).

You also might want to try the Type B tanks... I get a better vape, but they seem to be a bit more leak-prone. It gets better if you use the silicone caps instead of the plastic ones they come with, but still not quite where I want it to be, so I still use Type As as well. I'm working on figuring out the Bs...

While I'm on the subject, GET SOME OF THE SILICONE/RUBBER TANK CAPS! They're cheap (I paid $1.45 for five of them, I ordered 100), and they hug the spike on the cone better than the plastic caps do, keeping leaks down (though not completely eliminating them for the Bs).

Now that's the kind of advice only an experienced tanker (new word for the abbreviations post?) could give, didn't even know you could get those caps.. added a few to the order

Brilliant idea!

Also added a selection (total of 4 different ones) of cartos for testing, can't get the dual coil ones LFC recommended (current EU shop I'm checking out doesn't have them) but I'll try to get some bits and bobs from the US at some point where I'm not low on juice and need to restock, just to see how long delivery takes...

Will probably get a 2.5ohm (can't find lower) 510 atty or two since I'm still sampling juices, is there any difference to the material the drip-tip is made of in regards to taste? I found a nice little anodized aluminum one that seems to have the exact mouthpiece I'd be comfortable with.. the perfectionist in me is pushing for a cone so my pv doesn't look bad with a 510 atty :-/ thought I had killed him off ages ago but there he goes again!

CE2 cartos are those clear ones people are cracking all the time.. right?
