I have noticed that some of the juice I've gotten from some venders is thick. Like honey. My wife is allergic to PG so what should I cut thick VG to a consistence that works well with CE5's ?

What Rampage said about distilled is important. Don't just boil it and think it'll do - you don't want to be vaping calcium particulates - you can get distilled water at most grocery stores and pharmacies.
You could also try a few drops of vodka. A lot of juices contain alcohol anyway and while it will change the flavor a little - it won't affect it that much.

Definitely distilled water. The vendor I buy juice from sells 100% VG but that's not entirely accurate because it says they mix it with distilled water so ... you know... you can vape it. They always have a perfect consistency too, not QUITE as runny as PG but pretty close.
You don't need to buy a gallon of distilled water to get a few drops of the stuff. Instructions for home made distilled water can be found online. They tend to be for making fairly large amounts, but it's easy too see how you can make the few drops you need with a small sauce pan and a bowl.
