For a 20a naos raptor dual 18650? I'm thinking 1590B but any input is appreciated

1590b would give you enough room for sure
people have been fitting them in the 1590G, but it's a tight fit and takes a lot of planning before execution. you'd probably want a couple builds under your belt before you tried to do one in a G

Would I be better off following Mamu's build with the soshine charger as a box instead of a 1590b?

depends what tools you have. it will be easier to cut holes in a plastic box than an aluminum

I just did a G with a 10amp raptor. I have seen a 20amp board up close and I think its doable in the G but I agree it should be done in a B first go round. Not alot of left over room once you get the sled in there.
