mine too. one of the only bands where i remember where i was, and who i was with the first time i heard them. it was 1986 and i was with my best friend in high school, at his house during lunch time (students were allowed to go off campus for lunch and he lived nearby). i had a massive crush on him. he played their album The Pink Opaque and i thought i was listening to the music of either angels or aliens singing in some unknown language. i’d never heard music or a voice that sounded anything like that before. it totally transformed me and my taste in music. and then he gave me my first joint…
