Back in the eighties, The federal gummint wanted to censor rock lyrics. I watched this bee ess court live on CNN.
Frank recorded the hearings (at which he testified, and his comments made about half of the attendees walk out).
This features such slimebags as Al (manbearpig)Gore, Ernest Hollings, and the wicked ..... of the east, Tipper Gore...
Frank took the tapes to his studio and through the magic of digital editing (in 1984, this was really expensive) on his SynclavierII,
He put this Gem together for us.
The best Zappa qoute is not on the LP.
"I will not kiss the cl**s of the senator's wives" at which point, half the audience walked out...
It's a true classic.
