What tank is this?

I was watching a couple of youtube vids concerning council of vapor's new APV, the minivolt.
When I came across this

In that vid he uses a tank I do not recognise.
I think it looks like a slimmed down kabuki, and fits wonderfully with the apv.

If anyone can point me to the name I would be very happy.

It reminds me off the GS Air MS. Although it isn't but it's very similar. It's isn't sub ohm though. Uses the 1.5 coils

The Tank is a Pico RTA.

But he is using a eGo ONE style CLR in it. I'm not sure what the CLR is called? Or who makes it? Because none of References I have seen for the CLR are in English.
