As for pain,, 2 bad knees from an injury,,,, achy joints etc,,, I didn't have much faith in most solutions,,, except higher fat diet and collagen in my coffee has done wonders for pain ( nearly =keto diet)

I've increased my healthy fats. unfortunately I've got inherited hyperlipidemia which basically means my body does not get rid of cholesterol. will build up, higher and higher, into my 60's/70's and hopefully beyond. I do find that a cap of olive oil on my salad or sandwitch does increase my energy levels & decreases my pain though.

your body creates the cholesterol as a natural band aide in response to an injury or infection somewhere in your body. there is a slow change going on with the old and current thoughts about what is high, good or bad numbers... more important to see what's causing you the stresser... it's a topic your run into here and there in the keto, carnivore and fasting communities on youtube/facebook.

In general there is a switch going on away from traditional health beliefs,,, I am part of that group who wants proven cures/solutions --no longer willing to follow a protocol based on profit margins,,,, my dieting, fasting and education has gotten me off $4500 monthy pill that only suppressed symptoms but not cure while taking me eyesight . I am 99% better now and expect 100% by end of year from autoimmune issue (autoimmune -code for """we don't know, just throw meds at them and see what sticks cuz we be getting paid either way haha""") _-------no thanks, no longer interested in being a lab rat

bomb, robotic cats really don't need boxes, much.

i learned something interesting.
i've always been a dog person.
usually had one or a dozen around.

but i saw this feral cat, alone here on the plains.
somehow, she avoided our bold coyotes.
since she was hunting my garden, i started feeding her in payment.
after many months, i convinced her that i wasn't gonna eat her.
then, i courted her til she decided we were family.
after exploring the house, she moved in.
she wants to be near me, so i grew to love her.
so, it turns out you can love a kit every bit as much as a dog.
That's kinda how I ended up with cats. I was always a dog person till we took in a stray cat missing a paw. Then we took in her sister. Within a year we ended up having to put them both down due to lung cancer. Vet said it must have been genetic.
So my friend bought me a Siamese and then another. By then our beloved dog Anise had died and I wasn't ready for another dog. Now I love my boys as much as I ever loved my dogs. Well maybe not as much as I loved Anise but close ;)
