I use the cup holder, but this thread made me realize my car has a built in reo holder. Going to check it tomorrow.

I keep a pass tru and cigarette lighter adapter in my car and attach a evod filled with whatever flavors I want to vape (I also carry an extra different flavor evod in my "kit") the pass tru works great and sits in my lap when not in use. If it slides off I can just pull the cord and retrieve it. I have thought about mounting a small clip to hold the pass tru...but havent found the correct clip.
My car has the cupholders in line behind the shifter (annoying if you have a drink with a straw) with the forward one about 3/4 inch deeper than the rear one. I put the PV in the front one so it won't slide and take up both, then use the rear one for drinks or my cell phone. Sometimes I just stick it in the passenger seat or my lap.
I guess I lucked out, both of my cars have slots in the door armrest, fits all of my apvs perfectly. If that wasn't there, I have an empty 12oz gatorade bottle with a can cozy on it that is great for holding my vamo next to the couch, that would definitely fit in a cup holder or probably wedge between the seat and emergency break.
vapeing while driving is a lot safer than smoking and driving....with my pass tru I never have to take my eyes of the road...never a .... flaring up in the ashtray...or a hot "cherry" falling off to your lap or under the seat requiring evasive action quickly...
I have a holder, it's called my hand. While in the car I vape.

its either in my hand, cupholder, or the door handle well thingyabob, it rests there against my arm. mostly its in my hand or cuphoder though. and my tea is in the cup holder. my saturn has a small cupholder in the door by my clutch foot that i use to hold my Evic when driving on the highway.
My cup holders are perfect in my car plus I have a couple of storage slots on my dash that work in a pinch as well.... Short of hanging it around your neck from a lanyard I really haven't seen any other options besides a cup holder.
Oh wow that brings back memories - Driving at 70mph and flicking a cigarette out of the window, only to have it blow back in, land on the back of my neck and down my shirt. Ouch, and a pretty impressive looking swerve, emergency stop, get out, hopping from one foot to the other, pulling my shirt off, hehehe. Not clever.
I'm glad those days are gone! Now I just have to remember not to flick the PV out of the window. That would be really dumb

I've been thinking about buying one of those cup holder ashtray inserts, and just drilling out the center hole a bit to fit my mod (might even fit an Ego without drilling). As a bonus, the lids come off and I could keep a bottle or two of juice in it!

I did that on my bike and was pulled over, helmet, jacket and shirt off within about ten seconds after a bee hit my collarbone.
