I have one stubborn batt that although I charge it fully it insists its dead after a few puffs. I'm from the school of thinking to "hit it with a hammer till it works" so I usually just bang it on some solid surface a few times then it decides it would rather work than be beaten.

Though I have to do this each and every time I use it, I think we have come to an understanding. I understand it will be temperamental, and it understands I will beat it till it works, literally.

If it can be used by modifying it, what is wrong with it now? I'm not very good at these things( no cracks about being female either boys!) I took a batt apart to see one time but by the time i was done couldn't tell what was what lol i killed it.
I'm thinking if you change it and it works doesn't make sense to me.

the battery is hooked up to a connector. the connector is what your atomizer attaches to. if the battery is dead, you remove the connector to use with a different power source. just replacing the battery is all.

I have 5 or 6 Joye 510 batteries that will no longer take or hold a charge. Is there any way to rejuvenate them, or are they done for? If they are, are they worth anything to modders? If so, I'd be happy to send them to anyone who wants them, you pay $5 USPS flat-rate shipping.

Well, some might think this is stupid but I beat mind on the table really hard and I've had 4 of 6 come back and continue to work for a couple of months. Hey I'm from the days you had to beat on a pop machine to make it work.

What can it hurt they seem to be dead anyway.

i used to slap around my dinky 510 battery for not lasting long enough.. now i have some 900mAh batteries.. no more issues.. i vaped on it for 2 days (no sleep) and it still didn't die.
