So a buddy from work after me letting him use my backup triton for the day is ready to convert! Moneys tight for him and if I had any extra equipment I'd hook him up but already gave my older stuff to another friend. Any suggestion for a simple starter kitin the under to around 30 range? Ego style is best because he said he wanted something bigger like the triton. I have plenty of juice and diy supplies so ill take care of a starter sample kit of like 8 15ml juices. Please, any advice wouod be great, my favorite part of this stuff is getting people to switch lol

You can check the classifieds to see if there's a decently priced kit there. I know MyVaporStore has reasonably priced kits as well, and picking up some cartos are usually cheap too. Mt. Baker Vapor also has good kits and they give free juice with $15 dollar orders.

This kit seems like a steal at $40. Vision eGo Starter Kit A little over budget but getting cheap knockoffs isn't always the most economical way to go.

I have a straight usb passthrough. It works great in a bind. I have even used it with a portable USB battery charger. There are also some low priced ego kits out there. 650 mAh batteries, but will work for a starter kit.

I know it seems expensive, but I'd suggest the Halo Triton starter kit. Think about it these ways -

He may not like something else
If cigarettes in Mass are the same price as here in NY, $65 is about 6 1/2 packs of smokes
For me, quitting was all about finding the right gear and juice. One without the other didn't/wouldn't have worked. If he's like me, he's half way there; now just find the right juice and send him on his way. If he's got to save up for a few more days or so, so be it.
