hi to all ecf members! im fairly new to vaping, been doing it for only a couple of month now. My first purchase was the boge leo and i love it . It started off really well at first but now i think it is time for an upgrade due to the fact that i vape very heavily. and the battery just doesn't have the ump to keep up with me when im at work. i pretty much vape solid for 8hrs. it rarely leave my mouth while working lol. i go through about 15 ml in 8 hrs. and when the battery is about half way dead i just dont get the vape i want. can someone recommend a apv or mod that will last me a whole 12hrs just in case we go into 12hrs days. since there is not a place for me to plug into at work to charge and running out to the car to get a new bat is really a pain since it is cold out. one more thing where can i get supplies for ejuice for cheap. since i heard it is cheaper and you can experiment with flavor and such.... also where to find a handy dandy calculator for ejuce mixing since i vape @ 10mg nic. dont want to vape to high since i constantly vape. thanks to all in advance.

You should seriously consider a bottom feeder or a tank system with big batteries. If you don't mind the initial investment I would recommend a Reo Grande with a rebuildable atomizer. Variable voltage is a plus. I don't consider it necessary but others do. You can check out this sub-forum. You will still have to keep one extra battery and a bottle of juice handy to keep up with you. But that will be with any mod you get.

thanks for the reply i was considering a tank system that would hold 5ml of juice . just didnt know what was a good setup, and would you happen to know what is the difference between a VV and a VW and the amount of bat. drain on the device. still new at vaping so i still dont really understand how the device can put out 6v of power on a 3.7v bat. not much electronic knowledge on my part. i read somewhere that the 18650 can charge to 4.1 but ppl dont recommend to drain it pass 2.5v. is that due to battery longevity or due to poor performance.

The units that put out higher voltage than the battery use an oscillating current to step up the voltage. I am inclined to think that the kick doesn't really increase the actual power. I haven't verified this yet.

As for the 18650's they generally come out of the charger at around 4.2 volts. With use this will quickly drop to the 3.9V to 3.7V range where it hangs out for a while. When the battery does get down to 3.5 volts you will want to exchange it for a new one because the vape won't be as good. I think you don't want to drop below 3.2V for battery performance reasons(longevity will be impaired). You will want to change the battery well before that point.
