What type of atomizer?

I'm looking to buy a ego-cc. It says changeable atomizer but what kind do you buy? Type a or b? Also if the clearomizer is changeable, than I don't need to use the full encapsulated one that comes with it ?

Anyone have experience with this type of e cig?
