Yeah, the Pico/T22 combo was an upgrade for his iCare, and she was happy with those iCares, so they should be getting back on track once the holiday financial doldrums are over.

1) Come clean and tell him the value so he is cautious with it.

2) Leave him in the dark and give him the Zelos.

I’d go with choice 2. You know he’s prob not gonna treat the P3 right anyway. Why tempt fate?

I only ordered juice over the holidays - took advantage of Golden State Vapors massive discount and loaded up on apple waffle and lemon meringue - but I am going to treat myself to another custom classic squonker next week. My last mod for awhile to come I think. Unless that new arctic dolphin stabwood squonk mech turns out to be decent, then I might make an exception.

I tell my husband how much I spent/spend and showed him eBay resale value on the provaris.

first, because its my money and he doesn't have a right to say boo so long as my financial responsibilities are taken care of ... and second, I know what his toys cost.. lol. He can't say nothing.

Third, because he took my favorite p3 and Kabuki - the authentic one - when he decided to take up vaping. (I did later repossess the authentic Kabuki though, he wasn't vaping enough to keep it.. lol.)

I didn't charge him however - whatever's mine is his, and vice versa - I might have opportunity to someday want to use one of his toys - and if I do I want leverage. .. hahaha

I believe in absolute and full honesty on expenditures though, for real. There is no relationship without honesty - no trust. If you don't trust your spouse enough to be honest and not hide stuff you may as well be single because you aren't sharing your life with someone your living separate lives and have a roommate.

She said "Well, do you think she is prettier than me?" I said, "Honey, you know you are beautiful but are you kidding? Of course I do. She's like one of the most beautiful women in the world. On a scale of 1 to 10, she's a 12!. You may not even be the same species! Plus, she's like 15 years younger than you and she is..."

That's all I remember until I woke up 4 hours later. Apparently she hit me in the head with a meat tenderizer so show her dissatisfaction with my answer. She moves fast for a small woman.

If your wife asks " Do you think she is prettier than me" she knows the answer... what she wants is confirmation that you still desire her - because for whatever reason isn't feeling so desirable. ..

If your wife asks that question a lot, just do more to let her know in subtle (or not so subtle) ways that she is still the object of your desire.

No, she doesn't need to know you'd rather be with a woman who is younger and prettier - she just wants to know you still want her, and in that, you CAN be honest.

You are 100% correct and I am gonna change my ways! Starting tomorrow by telling her she doesn't have to try and talk with an english accent or change her first name to Kate. This one time I was watching him watch some movie with some practically naked chick doing acrobatics on film and I said, "Sorry I'm not as pretty as her," LOL my jealous streak was on the attack that day. He answered, "It's okay, I love you a lot more."

It's actually kind of a heartwarming answer in a way when I consider it from the more distant past, and his defenses must've been down, but it wasn't the right answer THAT day, and it still isn't. LOL.

The husband knows generally how much I've spent, I just didn't want to hand him that particular setup and tell him what it had cost since he'd assume that all my mods were that expensive and some of them cost like $5 or nothing. After watching him with the N2s on the zelos and my backup steampunk that he chose for Christmas, I'm quite happy I went that route (for the gear mainly, not so much what he would say. Also coils, and like $70 of premade juices to peruse. So, I'm not feeling bad.
