What wire should I use for my 510 replacement?

I am looking at replacing my 510 on my extra cuboid. Never done it before, I haven't even opened it up yet.

But what wire should I be using? 16 stranded? 14 solid? Or other?

I've just replaced my 510 on my Cuboid and it's not an easy job. It's not solved the atomizer short issue that I was getting either.

I'm just waiting for delivery of another 510 and I'll going to try again with the other Cuboid I've got. I'll also take some photos and measure the gauge of the wire. Hopefully I can get a tutorial/guide posted on here very soon.

Use stranded w/Teflon or silicone insulation. Silicone is generally easier to find. I like to use stranded wire having as fine of strands as possible. This can make routing the wires easier.

For wire size to the 510 I would try to use 14g but at least 16g if at all possible. Especially on the 510 side, bigger is better. Fortunately the length of the wire runs are short in a mod.
