My god! Are you serious? What's the rationale for banning pipes?

I am QUITE serious. The rationale is that they are trying to ban ANY method of consuming/using that stuff we can't talk about here. Problem is, they can't. They would also have to ban apples, pears, pineapples, soda cans, glass bottles, cookies, brownies... etc.

Really. The government here is getting ridiculous.

I would have to go to analogs..but since you can get Blu, etc legally I would think the large tobacco companies would come up with e-juice if they thought the market was large enough. I really though see no difference than using homeopathic drugs, even though they are not FDA approved either.

And if the severe regulations require eliquid in approved, sealed "carts" only like Blu, few of us would be happy with that outcome, except the tobacco companies and Njoy.

I would probably become a criminal. I like to think by the time that happens, especially since I live in one of those states that isn't known for health-conscious legislation, I will have worked down to such low levels of nic that I could vape without nicotine. Realistically, I love nicotine, and I think since it's legal in tobacco I have a right to use it in my chosen manner. I know I will want it, and I know there will be a market for it whether it's legal or not. So I'll probably break the law rather than do without.

I think you would see more taxation before a flat out ban. Government wants to see if something is worth the revenue before the ban. That's where I'm not sure why the feds have taken the stance it has on ......... Seems like there is so much revenue being missed in taxes you would think they would go for it. But maybe there is more money in it for them with it being illegal..?

Florida has been pretty good to smokers until recently. Cigarettes are hiked up to $4 or $5 a pack, compared to $7 or $8 in many other states. It appears Florida is the last state to jump on New York and California's nanny bandwagon. Florida is pretty kind to vapers too! It is at the owners discretion if they want to argue with vapers and drive them out of their business, but with the economy on the rocks, owners usually stay quiet. We can still smoke in bars, for now. Not bad for a repressed state...
