For the record supply will not be an issue once we go live. Well.... I hope not anyways, I guess that depends on the demand, but that would have to be ALOT of demand.

Gone shopping for liquid lately? You'll see a post here from a supplier who just got a shipment in and within 2-4 days they will be out of stock, at least with the more popular flavors.

I think there is a HUGE demand for this stuff.

I'll be honest here and say I do not believe there is a supplier capable of producing the amount of product that we are outside of China.

I believe a majority of suppliers re-flavor imported liquid, no, I am not certain who does and does not. We are not importing, we are producing, we have no dependence on importation.

Taking paypal out of the payment options, or at least make it available to use regular credit cards.

I don't have anything against paypal per say, but it's just annoying having to log into a paypal account that's been left unattended for years.

Also...

Someone once mentioned(in a video, I think) that the for average consumers getting those tiny vials can be a bit of a hassle but for a supplier/manufacturer getting them in bulk is considerably easier. Basically these vials go for about $0.60-$1.00, if you can offer either as a promotion or packaged deal for a few extras to be thrown in, I would make the life of a consumer much easier.

And...

I also concur that a sampler pack would be ideal for people who've never tried your products. It'll give people an idea of what to expect.

Reverend Damien Caine said:
Sorry, gonna have to say no on that one. It's just another way to associate E-smoking with sexuality, which could bring harm to us later as an advertising scheme.

I hear ya, that's fine. It was just an idea but I can understand the ethics behind your decision.

Quick two cents from a newbie

I have spent way too much money on trying flavors in bigger bottles.
Definately recommend sampler pack. 1)it will get all you product out to the vapers and they can then choose what they like. repeat customers are the best ones. keeps business rolling. 2)well i think I summed it up on one

Also I do prefer the glass bottles too. Minor detail but I do prefer it.

Fast shipping with tracking so us juice addicts can happily track our shipments.

And I agree honesty it what keeps me coming back to any business.

It'd best be the latter as I don't tend to buy without Paypal! :)

VG is pretty important to me, as PG and I don't get along.

A good variety of strengths. I'd like to be able to "step down" without worrying about cutting my own liquid and diluting the flavors.

For me would be:

Glass bottles with childproof caps and glass droppers, 1 for each bottle ordered. I prefer glass because plastic retains odors and glass does not. I don't like washing droppers to use on different flavors :(

All ingredients listed on bottles. Use the good stuff, please :)

Choice of nic/no nic and various strengths

In addition to the standard tobacco/menthol/fruit flavor stock....

Rich, creative flavor blends (like a Clove and Cream) and Seasonal flavors (wouldn't a spiced gingerbread vape be cool around December?) because sometimes I like to spoil me ;)

Descriptions of flavors you make up names for (if you come up with Sweet Moroccan Sunrise or Venitian Vape I'm gonna want to know). At least give clues. I had to buy RY4 to figure it out and I still don't know what 555 is.

Choice of shipping (regular or Priority) because sometimes I actually CAN wait

Special Promotions. I love a sale!

Telephone #. They make me feel that your service will be excellent simply because I know you don't me to actually call you.

Quick shipping (and by that I don't necessarily mean the method because we can choose that, but how fast from when I order can you get it in the box and out the door?)

Now at this point I'd like to say LOW PRICES! but I'll settle for *reasonable* prices if I can get everything I want (glass bottles, quality ingredients, great flavors)

did you really want to know this or did I just dream out loud? lol ;)

Trapped within my imagination
I agree with Avids list..It's a good one..Even though I order before I need it and automatically forget about it for two weeks..If it comes early, cool..However, I'm sure many don't or can't do that....
The big one for me is communication.. I'll wait for shipping but if I have an important question or get my stuff and there is a problem. And I have to write 4 emails to get an answer..I won't be back...
I have one supplier who holds my fav juice..They are sometimes slow on shipping and sometimes my orders not correct..But, they Always answer my emails.. I can deal with that..

You responded to previous posts, but seemed to selectively skip mine. Obviously you are not going to say where you are based or whether you plan to list your ingredients on the smoking juice bottles. Too bad, I am always looking for an up-front supplier.

He just updated it: Clarksville TN

Personally, as far as the ingredients concerned I don't really care. But I'm sure others do. Whether your worried about your recipe or whatever the case may be, you could establish a fan base first, then if you feel comfortable with it, you can disclose that sort of information on your bottles. As long as your not using something that's potentially deadlier(than nicotine), I'm bleh about it.

And since I'm trying to quit nicotine, I don't really care for the high grade stuff. If you need a few of us to test out the non-nico flavors let us know. I think there's a few members whose responded that they are looking to be nicotine free soon.

Good luck with your biz.

As far as labeling the ingredients (which I think is a wonderful idea) on almost everything it starts with the most used ingredient by weight or volume, however, if there is less then 2% of several ingredients you can list them however you want, it usually ends up being alphabetically. Well my point is just because the ingredients are on the side of a bottle does not mean anyone can copy it. With most everything that has ingredients you would need lab test to find out how much of what is in it...

Ok I'll stop now....
