I googled Ramahannakwanzmas, however I came up with this Ramahanukwanzmas. I believe it's the same. Correct? :D

Eh, I'd say that one has a typo, because it's usually spelled Hannakah, with 2 Ns. At home we usually refer to it as Ramahannakwanzmas Solstice, to add in the Pagans. California, and all that.
:p

Hi, I'm new to this (2½ week, no analogues) and I'm lurking around here waiting for some dough to come my way so I can hit the order button on the ProVape site :)
While lurking around and waiting I stumbled across the Innovaper Apex Alpha and saw their RES system. It seems like a good idea. Wouldn’t it be great if v2 ProVari could have something similar and combine it with the variable voltage and display?

gotta be your unit... ease of use is Vari's high note.
I've compared... the button is super ease... I'd ask Provape about it...
I love my ProVari. It's almost perfect.

The only thing I would like, was an other button. First of all my button is a little hard to press down. Perhaps it's only mine??

I also would like a button looking a little more exclusive, and nothing which looks like plastic.

I can see how some would want "more" of something in the Provari... but imo v1 is "perfect".

It hits perfectly on any atty but the very low low-resistance or very high HV attys... so?
It doesn't have USB... good; don't need to have a cord getting tangled in my desk clutter (which includes a Pila charger and 9 IMR 18650's).
It doesn't vacuum up the excess juice and recycle it... good; i like perfectly top fed dripping.
It doesn't do something with watts and amperage regulating and monitoring... ho hum. good; i'm no techie.

puff puff.

WOW!!!!!!!!! WOW WOW WOW!!!

That is all I can Say, I got my Provari Black yesterday and if it gets any better I am going to have to drop my nic to nearly ZERO this thing is AWESOME!!! For me having huge hands it is the perfect fit for me. I love the textured finish on the Black model as well, It doesn't feel like it is going to slip, and talk about options, I have used every Atty, Cartomizer and tank I own on it and found just the Perfect voltage for all of them.

I Love this thing!

I have a few ideas:
1) I'd like to see the system that the Darwin is using allowing you to easily change your settings and having it calculate the appropriate values for maintaining your settings.

2) I'd like a crystal LCD with a blue backlight showing the ohms, voltage, amps, battery level and whatever.

3) Two extra buttons to navigate the menu (instead of using a wheel like the darwin does). In order to switch between different menu options, you would quickly push both menu buttons down and then use either one to turn the value up or down. Holding the two buttons down for a certain amount of time would turn the unit off completely. There should be a setting that allows you to disable the light. The reason for using two extra buttons instead of only one extra button is to keep the "fire" button exclusively for powering the atty, not the menu.

4) Have a MICRO USB charging port on the bottom of the device. NOT a "Mini" usb adapter, but the MICRO format. It should be able to accept the chargers used by cell phones that use the universal MICRO usb standard. This should make it cheaper to deal with charging cables because you'll probably already have an extra charging cable if you need it. The batteries should still be easily removable so the device retains its flexibility, but with the added bonus of being able to plug in a USB adapter and going without waiting for your extra batteries to charge up, if you so wish.

5)Retain the cylindrical form factor! I hate the box shaped mods! The Darwin's flip down atty bridge has issues with things like the MAP Tank or other large atty mods.

6)Since it would be using a MICRO USB port, you could also add in the ability to store vaping statistics on the device that you can move over to your computer when you charge using your computer's USB port. Being able to study your vaping habits like that would be really cool. Seeing at what time and the lengths you vape as well as at which power settings might somehow come in handy. You could export it as a txt file to your hard drive.

Edit: 7) Keep the same capability to use the batteries that the Provari uses. And keep everything else pretty much the same unless you're going to improve the materials/texture or atty bridge design.

When this "Greendogo" VV PV is available to the vaping community, come back and let us know.

Well, I've only had mine for 4 days and absolutely in love with it. But if I had a wish list..

- Inductive Charging (best of both worlds for passthrough/charging).
- Burst voltage (fires at higher voltage for 1 second to rapidly heat coil, then drops to a second setting)
- Touch switch
- Aluminium option (I think I'd buy a second one in aluminium just to experience the weight difference, although, I have already grown to like the solid feel of this one with 18490 battery, with 18650 I notice the weight).

provari is perfect... but it would be delicious to see:

mini-provari type for 14500 batt.
variable wattage mode
additional juice pump :)

I would 2nd that but Wylie already did so I 3rd it, does that mean the motion is carried? :)

Only other thing is a feeder that ranks is quality and ease of use just like the ProVari.

Maybe have the options to adjust watts for those that want to fine tune even more?

Trust me though I am perfectly happy as it is now :)

I mean additional juice pump like in VVPV or Eclipse eq, but not built in.

variable wattage mode ;) In my dreams U could adjust volts and watts by switching modes. It's not too difficult to reckon (U^2)/R to get awesome 8 watts, but could be very usefull.

A saber touch type chrome button. Like a flush chrome circle that if you touch it then poof, vapor time. Then two smaller chrome circles (away from the main circle) that if you press them with the main button you enter the menus, then You have a up and down. removable Atty connections. A custom higher mah IMR battery with 4000mah. Color screen LCD display to sweeten it up. Wireless charging base. Just set it on the base And voila. And that's about it. They are really cool possible to pull off additions

To be honest about the only thing I care about for a version 2 is a "saber touch"-type switch. It appears to me that the switch is the only "weak" point of the whole device. Since the rest is all protected electronics, the main fault point is the mechanical life of the button.

I would however prefer a blue switch, and blue LED screen(or even user selectable color), but that is just personal preference.
