HEY NOW those are my SONS boots, I'm not that darn old , well getting there,... but I'm not THAT darn old :p:pLOLOL!!! And yes , I have worn his old army boots :D
Had to pack sox like mad on my feet to fit in them though, I got small feets LOL

He brought me home a pair of french jump boots that he bought in my size for me one year  Ya this mama wears army boots LOLOL

Ok now then, I would think that the merchant service you use would provide the "stamps/logos" for your website. As to the Usps "stamp" logo,
It is free for retail use when used to indicate a shipping method . You must however apply for the permission to use it for retail. I see lots have it
on the web so should be no big deal if you want to get it.
heres the link USPS - Logo and Trademark Usage

Now then son, (yes we have adopted you) keep outta trouble! Mama said so!
ROFL !!

Thanks Aspen. I am looking at all these other entries and quite frankly nothing
is really different form the original. I come from the school where clean and simple
speak volumes over dark and cluttered. I just want to offer a fresh perspective so
I started from scratch. Corporate identity is so important and I like the clean and simple. Think Apple, Nike, Starbucks and you instantly know what these logos are

LOL Well then I certainly must confess Momma Mini, Including my real Mom, You'll be my 4th! Now, my heart may of been on the fritz but that doesn't mean that it's not big enough for more love! I happily accept your abduction! err I mean adoption! :D I might drive you crazy though!

Ah Ha! Somehow I just Knew you would have the Perfect solution for the shipping! and the best part about it, is for what we need it for, there's no fee!

Most logo request require only the $25 application fee. If the logo will be used to indicate a shipping method option, no fees will be required. An application must still be filed for these requests

LOL AWWWW! I can just picture you packin socks into your boy's boots! Sooo cute! Oh! I'm sorry, I did mean Mom! Just had the word Granny in mind from our last convo, and I'm stickin to it!

I took heed in your sweet motherly advice and adjusted the Logo on the storefront and minimized the heading on the atomizer page. Thank you!!

I did this for you. I hope you like it.

Whoa Checkflag! That's beautiful! I LOVE it! It looks like a hand drawn work of art! Maybe we can have a Banner thread or even a Banner section in the store to frame it! Just beautiful! Thank you!!!:thumbs::thumbs::thumbs::thumbs:: You do have a very valid point of simple and clean being a great icon.

I was replying to you in your thread that you made about the Chameleon and in the middle of the post we lost power! I'll see you on the other side good sir. :D
Thank you again for the beautiful gift!

Isaac,

Please do not change the name!!!!! The site is very nice looking and easy to navigate. If it's not broke, don't fix it :) However I do like that black and gold header with the Chameleon on it!!!

*hugs*
Janine

I just now caught that! Just great Janine! I never know if it's ok to address someone by their real names on here lol. Thank you :)
Always sending those hugs right back,
Isaac

May as well add my :2c:.

Great products with the personal touch is why I use you. That said, don't change the name. Isacc...Ike...Iken, implies a degree of personality to your web presence. I think that's good. Also, if you Google "icanvape", which is a generic search, you come up first. If you Google "iken", a more individualistic search term, you come up second. There are businesses out there trying their damndest to get listed that high.

If I were to change something it'd be the black background with grey words. Kind of...dull. Since you don't strike me as dull, maybe getting a little more visual action there would be good. Just don't go nuts and forget that some people still have slow connections and if your site is too slow then you can lose traffic. I can't say I am in love with the "IKENVAPE" font. It's common.

Love the idea of having a Chameleon logo. People enjoy and respond to logos. Once they know the logo, they can be whipping around online trying to fight their way through the muck and jabber but one little flash of a familiar logo and their brain clicks in to it.

Very few in the vaping biz have a logo worth a crap. VaporBomb's mushroom cloud is solid (too bad it's grey, could be so much better). FreedomSmokesUSA's American peace symbol is striking. The best is MrPuff's Puffer Fish. Cute as hell with a lot of personality. He doesn't use it enough. If you do decide to get a logo, spray it far and wide. Logos are worthless if people don't know what it is.

As far as the logos I have seen so far in this thread, I think post #19 is kind of on the right track. It's a Chameleon which is a known color changer. The array of colors are interesting. Too bad there is next to no face, which=personality, on it. Debatable point: has anyone other than me looked at the head design and seen something...else? Is that good?? It is an adult product so maybe it's a good idea. The logos in post #22 are kind of nice. To me they represent Iguanas though.

I just looked back through your last 500 posts. Over 4+ months worth and just one day longer than I have been cigarette free. Know how many were posts outside the IkenVape forum? Seven. Those of us who love your products and service do some advertising for you but it may help your bottom line if your get out of this coccoon a little bit. You are a nice guy. Easygoing. Get out there and spread that around. People really value having a connection with their vape supplier. Look at the turnout in this thread or when you were having some troubles.

One other thought. Never liked your avatar. There is the blah Black & Grey to it which is...meh. Hate the Lens Flare effect. I used to work in TV advertising and had to use that damn thing all the time. It screams Mid-90's to me. A good Chameleon logo however...

Concerning your first post, "It appears generic appearances really make a company stand out". Hmmm, some disagreement from me there. Back in the day I used to get so damn tired of clients saying they "Wanted to look like everyone else, just different." Drove me nuts. Over the years I have come to see the wisdom in it. You could have a site with a rapping Chameleon with a crazy background that is constantly shifting colors. It could scroll not up and down but left and right. It could have dancing Hello Kitties in thongs all over it. Different? Yes. Good? mmmmm, No. There is something to be said for comfortable. It does help to have some kind of "hook" on the advertising end though.

Of the banners you showed, I sort of like the first one. The uncapitalized "I" is kind of easy and personable and the colored dot is a simple hook. I don't understand the red "a" in the other choices at all. Serves no purpose to me.

I am not here to snipe or be Captain Comedown. I want your business to flourish because I am hooked on your attys. Those 2.0 ohm 901's are the best atty's I have used...until you got the 801 Shorti. Hot damn! Full of Win!! I have been using my Mr. Puffer as a battery box all day just so I can vape the 801. I just feel that you have looked at things and felt there is room for improvement. I agree. There always is.

Thank you for the very valid point Chingas. I did purchase the Icanvape domain to make the url to route to us and as a safety net. My main target was for commercial use and ease of "word to mouth" but your absolutely right on keeping the original name that we have established

No worries on going crazy with colors and what not. Less is always more, especially when focusing on ease of use. Back before, when we used the Brown Chameleon logo, we only changed the context boxes to match. If we do go with Checkflags black background/Green Chameleon the same care would be used, if at all any adjustments are made to the original layout. I am personally upbeat, energetic and outgoing, but for some reason dark colors scheme's are just so attractive.

Go out where really? I don't/didn't think that I am able to post outside of our sub-forum?

lol Your not alone on the lens flare effect. The Mrs. wanted me to get rid of it also. So on the main page of the storefront, it is now gone. The avatr didn't dawn on me.

Ah yes, the red A, IA are my initials.
I am not here to snipe or be Captain Comedown. I want your business to flourish because I am hooked on your attys. And rest assure nothing was taken that way. Advice and critique come in many forms. Your intent has been nothing but genuine and I thank you Chingas Those 2.0 ohm 901's are the best atty's I have used...until you got the 801 Shorti. Hot damn! Full of Win!! I don't mind my name being used :) I don't often sign my messages but sometimes it it makes the message say more :)

I do like that gold mechanical Chameleon logo, thank you for pointing out it was mechanical!! I also like the grinning one Check did, that one actually seems more like your personality :)

Switch... hows the vacation going?! Don't let born get you in too much trouble ;) Looking forward to pics and stories!

Totally understand and it's so true, a signature really makes the words impact with the utmost sincerity.
About the Check's logo, absolutely! We're just waiting on word from the author of the image itself. Hopefully he'll give us his blessing.

Love the site as is Isaac. It's no frills, no BS. I mean just take a look at EM's website...too much crap going on, which I guess why it always runs so slow. Information is readily available and easy to find.

And like I've said to you before mate, it's awesome that it's iPhone friendly!

Smix! So good to see ya my mate!
what did you?! It looks like Eastmall is broken! Eastmall International Co.,Ltd
I met the designer on the phone a while back, great guy. He made another site, that resembled Eastmall in a way and was actually willing to give it to us! It had a carousel and everything LOL, but your totally right, it was too much and ESPECIALLY for a mobile version!

Speaking of I have met a Great guy a lil while back thats employed by sprint. We're goin Evo baby! or Samsung's Epic, was watching great comparison's over at YouTube - ‪Smartphoneenvy's Channel‬‎ The Galaxy series does look promising. :thumb:

Alright guys, you know when you don't see me, I'm hard at work on something special. :D
So I caught this addiction to get this Chameleon underway and rebuilt. Yesterday, I went to a machinist, then got referred to another, then to another, came up to 5 visits. You wouldn't believe how difficult it is to get something like this done! In the meantime I called one a few days ago and out of the blue this morning we receive a call back, flew over there with designs in tow and BAM! I think we have found a winner! The man himself seems like such a great guy in comparison to the previous I met through the duration of a year! Felt really comfortable, almost instantly. He was really excited about everything in general and has that special thirst to learn more. When I spotted his mind turning, his idea's started flowing out like no tomorrow, I just knew this could be the one.. His work is simply beautiful as just as his character. A little on the personal side, a stray baby calico pitbull found her way into his shop and been his best lil pal in and out of the shop ever since. They say one's pet reflects the owner's inner self and this one was the most genuine sweetheart I ever met. :)

Hey now! That's great news! I hope you've found a good partner in machining crimes. And I did indeed notice the 3 in 1 adapter comment in another thread :)
