Here's a thread from 2016 that may explain it...when I searched and found the site it said they are temporarily closed.

Apparently over at ELR, the most popular recipe (20 to 1 from the 2nd most popular) is a 3 ingredient recipe of all Capella flavors; French Vanilla, New York Cheesecake, and Vanilla Custard (3/3/4%, respectively).
Unfortunately, all those Capella ingredients contain diacetyl or AP.
