whats a good voltage a a boge 2.0 carto

got myself a variable volt mod. what do u all use as a good voltage on ur lr cartos? right now i have it 4.0v on a lr 2.0 carto. any suggestions on what to set it on for better juice taste or is it all up to me to experiment. its a home made mod goes up to 6v.

I like my Boge 2.0 cartos at 3.4v much better than 3.7v, but that's just me and I use 100% pg juices in the Boges. VG juices may allow you to crank more. I'd dial up and down slowly and record my preferences. They will vary among users.

Since everyone tastes a juice differently, only you can say what tastes good or not. I like mine between 3.7-4.5V depending on what juice I have in the Boge 2.0ohm. Like I said, it's up to your taste buds and your taste buds alone.

I too had to crank the voltage up to 4v-4.2v with my LR cartos when I first started dabbling with VV, and I quickly found out why so many say that a carto only lasts them a day or so.

I found that I was far better off dropping the voltage down to 3.4v-3.5v, and then finding a juice that performed well at the lower voltage. Same thing with 3ohm cartos. By lowering the voltage down to 4.4v-4.5v I get far better life out of the cartos, and there are plenty of juices out there that work for me.
