I'm curious to know what the general consensus is on what is considered heavy usage. I've previously been pack a day smoker and stopped shortly after I started vaping.

I vape about 3-4ml of 24 strength liquid a day which is much more than a pack of Marlboro Light gives me. The thing is I like vaping and I like it a lot. Is this considered too much? I plan to lower the strength as well as cut down usage. I just want to get an idea on what average usage is.

I think its totally subjective. It feels like I do vape more than I smoked- but in reality I will take a puff here and there and set it down, with a cigarette the average smoker puffs 12-15 times before its expended. Also many of us agree that we don't get as much nicotine from the vapor as we did a cigarette, so the levels of nic have to be adjusted per person. I dont know why its taking so long to get some facts on these things- considering its been around for a couple of years now. It will be nice to have some solid answers one day.

I was a pack a day Marbro smoker and I started with 24 and 18mg. I am now using 11mg and just got in some Pure 4mg. I can definitely substitute or go back and forth without cravings. I dont think you get as much nicotene from vaping as I find that I can go longer between sessions sometimes without the nic fit. I used to chain smoke always while driving and now sometimes I need to remind myself to take a vape while doing it.
